WBJ - Fredericton Astronomy Meetings

Come join us for fun and informative meeting with no previous experience nor telescope required.
Learn about what is going on in recent weeks, what is up in the night sky (what can be seen naked eye, with binoculars, with various telescopes), learn about telescopes and come meet some of the other amateur astronomers in the Fredericton area.
We also promote the Hanwell observing on the weekends at stars.Hanwell.nb.ca

All are welcome and it is free to the public. Although hosted at UNB (thank-you!!!) it is not a University student club it is a greater fredericton area club with members from Woodstock, Dorn Ridge, Hanwell, New Maryland, Oromocto, etc... oh ya... and Fredericton too!
Want to know what is going on this week in astronomy? Follow ChrisWeadick on twitter or facebook (note interest in astronomy for friend accept).
Any questions please come out and join us and ask in person... great bunch of folks and always welcome new members. We have approximately 80 members and at a meeting we have a variety mix each month of around 20 folks.
We also attempt to support local community groups especially the Boy Scouts and the Girl Guides as well as Seniors homes and schools with Astronomy Outreach sessions. We are collaborative partners with Science East.
